My another suggestion / improvment request for server's list again. This time little harder than before. I think that for some new players server's list http://forum.tvar...master.php that shows both versions in one table without clear description is still confusing. I'm not sure - but maybe it would be better to split it in half. Make 2 separated servers lists with headers like "Servers for Crysis 1.0 - 1.1.1.5767 DVD basic version" and "Servers for Crysis 1.2.1 - 1.1.1.6156 patched / Origin / Steam version" That would make better order than using version's nuber in servers name. Would look pro and even better than in-game servers list where all were together (just half of them in gray colors) I think there are few ways to do it. You can for example tell your servers list to recognize where to put a server depending on it's name - marked for example with (5767) at the end. Or just simply create this mark in SafeWriting on server side - so your master server's servers list would know which server should go to table with 1.0 servers and which should go to 1.2.1 list. In my opinion it would improve pro look and fuctionality of the list - and after promoting and finding more players for Crysis - it would help some to meet in right place. There would be no more fail connectons anymore. But it's only my way of seeing this problem. I don't think it's hard to do for you. What do you think about it Zi ? Or maybe someone has diffrent opinion about it ? PS: Trying that you can also check if inclusion of your server's list can be prepared for portal like this to promote your's list - Like I have asked before - Just to show servers - not to click and join from here (would work only from your's) - but show users what servers are now on-line and that game is still alive and working. I would be able to put it in here under "servers" list in menu + also maybe in right or left column (the way GameTracker's solution. After finishing portal and promoting it in google it would help people to find all infos about Crysis 1 - taken together. I don't wan't to use iframe for servers list but if it will be the only way I will do it (but we will have to talk about separate subsite of yours with different styles of fonts and colors of brackground for this portal in case of oldschool iframing). |

I agree with Freebo here. This would be nice. For beginners mostly. And more pro. I'm looking forward to it. |
